IMPORTANT NOTICE

THE CUSTOMER’S ATTENTION IS DRAWN IN PARTICULAR TO CONDITIONS 2.8,
2.9, 4.2, 4.3 AND 11.

1. INTERPRETATION

1.1 Definitions.

Business: a Customer who buys Goods wholly or mainly for use in connection with
their trade, business, craft or profession.

Consumer: a Customer acting outside their business.

Contract: the contract between the Customer and Craftomic Limited.

Customer: the person or firm purchasing the Goods.

Goods: the goods supplied by Craftomic Limited.

Order: the Customer’s order for Goods.
Specification: any written specification agreed by the parties.

Warranty: the applicable warranty provided with the Goods.

2. BASIS OF CONTRACT

2.1 These Conditions apply to all Contracts.
2.2 Orders constitute an offer to purchase Goods.
2.3 Acceptance occurs on written confirmation.
2.4 Businesses cannot cancel once accepted.
2.5 Consumers may cancel as set out in clause 9.

2.8 INDEPENDENT SUPPLIER STATUS (NOT A SUBCONTRACTOR)

Craftomic Limited acts solely as an independent supplier of goods. Nothing in this
Contract creates any subcontractor, agency, partnership, or joint venture
relationship. Craftomic Limited is not responsible for site works, installation, or
project delivery unless expressly agreed in writing.

2.9 TECHNICAL COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT

Any technical advice, drawings, samples, or support are provided for guidance only
and do not constitute design, installation, or project management services.
Responsibility for suitability, compliance, and coordination remains with the
Customer.

3. GOODS

Goods shall conform to the agreed Specification. Craftomic Limited may make
non – material changes.

4. QUALITY

4.1 Goods are warranted per the Warranty.
4.2 Colour variation is inherent and not a defect.
4.3 Unsuitable colours are selected at Customer risk.
4.4 Customer – provided dimensions are the Customer’s responsibility.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery dates are estimates.
5.2 Delivery is complete on arrival.
5.3 Craftomic Limited does not install Goods.

6. TITLE AND RISK

Title and risk pass on delivery.

7. PRICE AND PAYMENT

7.1 Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless stated.
7.2 Bespoke Goods require deposits.
7.3 Payment terms are 30 days.
7.4 Late payments incur interest.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All IP remains with Craftomic Limited.

9. CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Consumers have statutory cancellation rights except for bespoke Goods.

10. TERMINATION

Craftomic Limited may terminate for non – payment or insolvency.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 Nothing excludes liability for death, injury, or fraud.
11.2 No liability for indirect or consequential loss.
11.3 Business liability is capped at the price of Goods.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control.

13. GENERAL

13.1 Data protection per privacy policy.
13.2 Assignment does not imply subcontracting.
13.3 Governing law is England and Wales.
